RecommendedCustomer service from day 1 was excellent! They quickly evaluated, found and took care of a major break in my copper lines that other companies had missed. We also decided to go with a new AC due to the age of ours and the damage that was caused by the copper line fractures, the install was quick and flawless!
Richard M came for a service call. He was very professional. I was greeted by a friendly, great customer service associate when I called and then put on for service for the same day. We had an excellent experience overall. I recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs.
We purchased the Spring/Fall PM service and so glad we changed from our previous service company. Jose Arranda was knowledgeable, thorough, addressed many issues that were never looked at by our previous PM'S. our unit is old and will eventually need replacing, will definitely use Schmidt Mechanical.
The service tech, Jose, was very courteous and knowledgeable. He took care of the problem and offered suggestions to keep it from happening again in the future. Schmidt has replaced one of my systems a couple years ago and they have been my AC/Heating company since. I would definitely recommend them.
I called Schmidt on Wednesday afternoon and they were able to schedule my AC appointment for first thing Thursday. They sent me a message with a photo of who would be arriving at my house (as a single woman it's much appreciated) and RIchard M. was prompt! He showed up right at 8am and was so polite. He was able to diagnose the problem, fix the initial issue and give me recommendations moving forward. Full range, comprehensively able to address issues!
I am extremely happy with this company. One honest company that will do the right thing because its the right thing to do. If they make a mistake like all humans can do they WILL make it right. I appreciate that. Not too many companies treat their customers like that anymore. I highly recommend them!!
Were without air this weekend, called this morning (Monday) and Mr. Jose Aranda was here at 10 am and we had air at noon. Thank you Mr. Aranda.
