Eric, Stephen, and Albert were very professional , kind, and courteous when explaining the ac repairs I needed for my home. I will definitely use you all again and thats' a fact.
I would definitely recommend Schmidt Mechanical for your AC/Heating needs among the other services they provide. We've had them for a couple of years as our seasonal service tech but, finally needed help when our A/C stopped & kept freezing up. They have always been quick to respond unlike other companies that put on a waiting list for days and then pressure you to buy a product or service. Louis has been our service tech he is always very nice, professional & knowledgeable about the services that is being provided
Eric, the Tech from Schmidt Mechanical, is excellent! He's very knowledgeable, efficient and personable, and repaired our AC unit quickly (much appreciated during this hot and humid time). We definitely recommend Schmidt Mechanical as honest, reasonable and responsive.
The best service I have ever had. I got ahold of Jared on Sunday evening. A/C went out. Tech came over Monday morning said it was time ( the old one was 20 years old). The tech called the office and Jared was at my house in 10 minutes. We went over the options and pulled the trigger. The install crew showed up with in 1 hour and finished the install by the end of the day. WOW, unbelievable about how fast and professial their work was done. Would have given them 20 stars if possible. Awesome job Schmidt Mechanical!!!!👏👏👏
Excellent service! Called late in the afternoon with a bit of an emergency and the technician (Eric B.) was out there that evening. Everything was fixed and the unit was serviced. Eric was very professional and knowledgeable. We will be using Schmidt mechanical in the future.

I am NOT normally one who voices their issues but I want others to know the challenge we have faced since purchasing a brand new air conditioning system with all the upgrades. In July of 2015, we decided to take the plunge and invest in a new AC unit after a few years of ongoing repairs. We just moved to San Antonio last year and, as new homeowners, are doing our best to make sure everything in the house continues to work efficiently. We signed up for the one-year maintenance program, and was very pleased at how quickly Schmidt was able to send out a technician. Gilbert was very thorough and helped us understand how our system operates and what steps we can make to help it work more efficiently. He was very kind and professional and will definitely recommend Schmidt to friends looking for HVAC service.
