We hired them to clean our system. They left the system Unclean theres coils that they say they clean but don’t and unless you know what your looking for you won’t see it so they left it dirty and my machine froze up not to long after he “serviced “ the system. almost ruined the machine and when I speak to the owner and only ask him to do the job we paid for he said that we were just going to have to buy a new machine. Bad company they sell parts that don’t need to be replaced
Horrible shady company always placing the blame on others. They have no class and horrible customer service. Stay away and don’t let them fool you with their antics.
Tech was on time, very knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. Went beyond his duties. Had to move boxes to get to the units. No complaints. He’s an asset to the company.
