I've been driving a VW Jetta since 2002 and needed something with a little more space. I wasn't planning on getting another VW but test drove the 2011 Tiguan and fell in love, mostly because I felt like I was in the Jetta. I've always had positive experiences at Schmelz VW in sales and for the past 8 years in service. That played a huge part in owning a 2nd Vw.
working with patrick was a great experience. we had been to many dealerships before arriving at schmelz and the service, attitudes, respect, and consideration we received at schmelz was the best by far. i could not be more satisfied with the vehicle we purchased and the service we received from the dealership. i will recommend schmelz and will definitely return when i am ready to purchase again.
