I am completely happy with Schmelz VW – My relationship with Schmelz VW has been exceptional. I have owned a Toureag and currently an Eos which I have purchased new from the dealership. I am completely happy with the vehicles as well as the outstanding attention to service they have displayed. My compliments to Chris, as a detailed, professional and competent service manager and Caesar, my pleasant and accomodating consultant.
Jon provided the greatest help and service ever on getting my car fixed and communicating with my insurance company, sending the adjuster updated e-mails with pictures as the car was worked on to verify needs for parts repairs and replacements. I am wowed by the service at Schmelz and 1,000 percent satisfied.

Very accommodating – Nate was very accommodating and very watchful about the maintenance on my New Beetle, and offered transportation back to my house when the service took much longer than expected.
Best dealership around... – Shavawn even picked up my car at my home, saved me a huge amount of time. It is much appreciated!
Extremely prompt service – I needed a same-day, unscheduled appointment for tire replacement and was told to "come right in". The work was performed promptly. I found everything to be considerate and very helpful. Thank you.
Awesome, friendly staff – Cesar was great at letting us know what was happeneing and providing updates. While we were waiting (we got there early) Patrick spent time with us and showed us different models and answered all of our questions though he knew we wouldn't be buying for at least another 6 months.
Shavaun is terrific! – One of the best things that you have done in your Service Area is to add a female service advisor. Shavaun is terrific (so is Cesar) and she can explain what truly needs to be done on my car in plain English. She is also very focused on you when she is discussing what needs to be done and makes sure that she understands what I describe is wrong when I bring the car in for service. Cesar is also terrific.
