Greatest Overall Experience – Everyone from the sales department to the service advisers have been very helpful. I recently purchased my second pre-owned VW from Schmelz Countryside, and will only purchase from this dealership. They are honest, and treat you with the respect that you expect from a professional. I have delt with many dealerships, and this one, by far, is the greatest in customer satisfaction.
I greatly appreciate the entire staff – I personally appreciate the unusual diligence exhibited by each of the people with whom I had contact during my service experience.
Excellent Service at Schmelz! – I live in Minneapolis which is closer to several other VW service spots, but I specifically choose to drive out to White Bear Lake because of the excellent service at Schmelz Countryside VW. Very satisfied with the service and the car – I'm very satisfied with the service and the car. I love the fact that I can drive nearly 600 miles between fueling stops, and of course the 45 miles per gallon.
Shevawn, Jill, Jon, and everyone who worked on my car really did a great job. I appreciate all of their help. The work done on my car was fantastic, and I really felt that they were very considerate of my time.
