The servicing mechanic does an awesome job – The servicing mechanic noticed that the anti freeze reservoir held inappropriately colored liquid. This was the result of my wrongly putting washer fluid in the radiator reservoir. GRRR on me!! I appreciate the discovery of my error and the graciousness with which the service adviser indicated that 'someone has apparently put washer fluid . . . I was going to fake it, (and pretend I didn't know what could have caused such a problem) but his gentleness led me to acknowledge my mist... read more

It was a very pleasant experience. No high pressure sales pitch. We told them what we wanted, they gave us our options, and we made a decision. They didn't try to talk us into anything we didn't want. I've never had such a pleasant car buying experience. The car sells itself! They don't need to be pushy! I love the car!
