Working fine – New vehicle was taken in at approximately 3000 total miles for initial inspection after I had been driving it 3 months. Vehicle was working OK when taken in, is working fine in the two weeks since it was taken in.
Best service you could ask for! – I called first thing on Monday morning with a very significant problem with my vehicle. Lisa was very understanding of my situation and was very helpful in trying to get me in on very short notice. She explained they were booked with appointments until Wednesday, but said to bring the car in and they would work hard to fit me in. Enjoying working with all the people – Like anyone would agree, labor charges are a killer. I am now handing over this car to my young son so that he has a reliable car but just the labor charges alone were $450, something he can't even comprehend at his age! ;) The car was in for front brakes and they discovered something with the wheel bearing and they say they combined the labor but I guess I myself can't understand $450 labor charges when you're doing two things in the same place.
