Seriously, we bought TWO new cars from this place last year. The buying process went smoothly, but this service? It is ridiculous! I have been waiting two hours for an oil change? What in the world is the oil change bay for? I'm so disappointed.�

Everytime I had an oil change my car had grease/oil on the steering wheel, the door, the seats and the floor mats! I would have gone elsewhere but I got suckered into that booklet of oil changes!! This dealership is not very honest, when I purchased the oil change booklet I was told that I needed an oil change (on my Jeep Grand Cherokee) every 3k miles, then when the coupons ran out all of the sudden they were scheduling my oil changes for every 5k miles so then I read my owners manual and it needs oil changes EVERY 8k miles... read more
