Great people to work with! We have leased three vehicles with Schlossman’s and have never been disappointed. Reggie is awesome and treats you like a friend versus just trying to sell you something. I never feel pressured at Schlossman’s to make a purchase. Will be coming here for years!
Just got a new Jeep for the wife. Rick was a great sales person again. This was the 3 vehicle we have purchased from them and I'll be going back again.
The sales team when I purchased my 2015 jeep Cherokee were great. Everyone was friendly and patient with me. So far though, with the oil changes I purchased with my loan I have left refusing to wait 2 hours to even get my jeep in, mind you it took 20 minutes to even be helped. Made an appointment this time around to get it done and again waited 20 minutes to be helped. Always had good service with my cars until recently. My 2009 Journey wouldn't start and had to be towed to DC. They couldn't find anything wrong with it; a code didn't come up (what they said). Had the remotes replaced in June which was "supposed" to solve the problem. This past Sunday it happened again so I just had it towed to my home. I wasn't going to pay towing plus what DC would charge me to look at it and tell me AGAIN they can't find anything wrong with it. I just traded it in on a new Subaru from Subaru City. I took my 2016 Jeep Cherokee in for a routine oil change, tire rotation and fluid check. They washed the car and I was out of there within an hour. I have always been treated well by everyone and especially by James Lexa who is my salesman. Every time I've had a technical question, I've come in and he has taken the time to help me. I'm a widow too and they've been very helpful to someone who doesn't know diddly-squat about cars!
