Horrible Customer Service. After a oil leak on a brand new Ram truck lease......then a collateral swap and spending more money three months into my lease to get a lower model Ram 1500 truck collateral swap........ They lose the paperwork..... Fire the manager handling the deal..... Don’t recommend the dealership to anyone. Terrible Customer service unfriendly managers.....
