We brought our 2012 Jeep Cherokee in for emergency service with no appointment. We met with Jason Marquardt who quickly identified the likely problem and explained the solution. The warranty/recall work was done that same day. The service department staff was friendly, helpful and efficient, as a result, we will definitely be returning to Schlossman's.
Absolute horrible communication from the service department meaning none. Had an early morning appointment and was told a few hours. I had to call several times to check on the status of my vehicle throughout the day even though they said they would contact me with updates. I was hung up on and 8.5 hours in the shop the vehicle was still not fixed because they needed parts. Good service at first, all a facade. After actually purchasing a car, they stop pretending like they care. Then you waste your money on a car you thought would be reliable, but is having problems just a week after buying and now even bigger problems 3 months after buying. My sales person was nice before I bought, and now he's rude to me and I feel like they think I'm stupid there. They never know what's wrong or they don't hear or feel what I do. Well.... It's been a 1.5 months waiting on a safety recall part. From what the indifferent service dept tells me; if your desiel truck breaks down because of this " recall part" there are no replacement parts in the world. Great service.

You all should be ashamed!! The service department tried to pull one over on my 86 yr old grandmother! After telling her they could NOT repair her tire that had a nail stuck through the tread, they tried to sell her a full set of High-end tires that were NOT needed yet. Then...when she complained about a shuddering of the van when she hit the breaks (that they recently replaced) ...they told her that they are fine and it isn't dangerous.
