I like Schepel Cadillac....but I like the employees that provide the car service even more! I took my SRX in for service this morning and Neil took me to work. Being the gentleman that he is, he even made sure that he didn't pull off until I unlocked the office door and closed it behind me! I felt like someone that cared had taken me to work! It made my Friday!
Absolutely WONDERFUL service! They treat me so great here!! Not known knowing ANYTHING about cars, I freaked when my battery died in my SRX tonight, and a very nice guy came to fix it with no problems at all! The dealership is clean, has a nice atmosphere, and has wonderful staff members in both sales department and service department!
No stars very disappointed
