I had my Escalade in for warranty work and Schepel Cadillac exceeded my expectations! Service department is top notch and they even washed it before I picked it up! Great communication throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Schepel Cadillac and Schepel Buick GMC!!

I took my brand new 2016 Escalade to Schepel, and I asked one of the employees if they could add a turbo kit to my Escalade and they refused. I am very deeply disappointed, and I am not sure if I can keep my loyalty to this establishment..

I'll tell my family and friends how excellent you guys are!! I have a new facebook page couldn't erase the bad review (sorry 😔) All smiles now from the Leggettes!!!
I took my car in just this past weekend paid $800 picked it up it wouldn't switch gears and then they say oh, its your throttle that'll be $600 More dollars! Excuse Me I'm broke thinking you all fixed my car and they called the police as if we were harrassing them! Corporate isn't any help either! I need my car i have kids and they could care less!!!!
