RecommendedPurchased a pre-owned Escalade in April. Wonderful no pressure experience that ended with a fair price, easy finance and nice overall experience! I decided to write this review after bringing my vehicle in for some minor warranty work. The service department went well above and beyond my expectations to meet my needs and take care of my issues. It’s nice to deal with a dealership that cares so much about its customers! Went in for a basic service (first time, I was recommended to go to schepel) was met by josh Chavez at the door, not only was the service performed in a timely manner, josh was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as I had recently had 9,000 in work done to my truck by another shop, he had the mechanics check it over while explaining the importance of other services my truck was coming due on. I WOULDN'T GIVE IT ONE STAR!!! Unless you enjoy being DISCRIMINATED AGAINST I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANY FEMALES TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS SO CALLED BUSINESS!! I WAS INTENTIONALLY HUMILIATED AND EMBARRASSED!!!!
My family has purchased at least three Cadillacs from Schepel. Today my mom and my 1year old daughter went in to purchase four tires, after coming in yesterday for service. Over the course of two days in the dealership, she received such poor service from Keith.... Today he made my mom and my daughter wait three hours in the waiting room for what he originally told her would take under an hour, for three hours.
