I had a dispute about pet hair in a loaner vehicle and a service charge of $100; spoke to the Service Manager Lee Muhleman whom was completely RUDE to me when asked if there could have been a courtesy call to have remedied the situation (letting me remove the pet hair before charging me $100?). I've been using the service department for some time now and not even the agents are as rude as the MANAGER himself!!

5 Star I want to thank Brian, Paul & Steve for helping my mother with her purchase of a Cadillac ATS. I worked for 25 years in the automotive business and have taken care of all my mothers automotive purchases over that time.
