VERY short visit; for eye infection; doctor spent approximately less than 5 minutes with me, then wrote a prescription for someone else who was diagnosed with cancer...when I took it to the pharmacy, they immediately recognized the script, and called the office, who was unable to confirm, or deny the script....after waiting for 5 hours for them to call myself or the pharmacy back; I called my family physician, who immediately saw me and wrote out the PROPER prescription, and it was filled by the time I got back to the pharma... read more

My experience at Schein Ernst Mishra was mixed. Kudos to the person who handled my insurance at the front desk on the West Shore! She discovered a way to submit things that saved me money. And my interaction with all the staff in the office was very pleasant. On the negative side, I've never posted a review like this on social media, but at this point I feel as if it is the only option I have left since my repeated attempts at resolution have not worked. Dr. Ernst and the staff have wildly surpassed my expectations! I have been treated so well and have been made to feel like an actual patient, rather than just a number. The best part is that I'm seeing 20/20 in both eyes and it's only been a day!!! I have depended on glasses and contacts for over 20 years....to be able to see without help is truly unbelievable. Thank you is just not enough for the amazing Dr and the staff!!!
