Finally decided to get lasik about a month ago. Had dr Ernst. Do the procedure. I was 20/20 right afterwards. It’s amazing being able to wake up and see the alarm clock. Schein Ernst Mirsha and all the staff was amazing through the process / procedure. Not that I want to get my eyes done again but if I had to... this is where I would go!

I arrived for my appointment 9 minutes late and was told that they needed to check with the optometrist to determine if he could still see me. They took 10 minutes to have this conversation and then told me that I need to reschedule. They were rude and unprofessional. Thankfully they aren't the only Eye doctor on the area.
I just had LASIK done yesterday at Schein Ernst Mishra Eye. In the lead up, they answered all my questions. Dawn was great. On they day of, everything was exactly as they described it. There were no surprises. I felt "no surprises" was important. The staff was good. I definitely had the sense that this was "just another day at the office" for them. I had lasik four years ago and My eye sight was great at first. Then it started going backward not long after three years. My eye sight has already gone backwards to a -1.25 and I need glasses or contacts to see. After spending over 4K to get my eyes fixed you think there would be at least a 5 year guarentee but there is not! I called and was told 80$ for an exam and then 1300$ each eye for an enhancement. I'm wishing now I would have went the eye center where the enhancements are free!

My 4 yr old daughter saw Dr Klombers yesterday. She is a complicated kiddo with all kinds of vision and seizure issues. Dr Klombers is WONDERFUL, very knowledgeable and very reassuring! I am so glad we found him!!
