I booked to see Sam after suffering for years with plantar fasciitis in my foot, this then led to knee pain as I had been walking differently. After explaining all my symptoms and pains, Sam got to work! The difference after one session was just amazing she managed to alleviate the pain. Sam is so knowledgeable, this has helped me understand what is causing my problem and how to start to fix them. I have exercises and a plan to get me on the road to recovery. I really do recommend her, and can’t thank her enough!
