For anyone in Barnsley avoid, regularly let down on cleaning services, but have given them the benefit of the doubt as things happen, Not even had the decency to call / text to let us know they wouldn’t be turning up despite being a long standing customer. No replies to Calls, text or WhatsApp. Now been blocked on all social media for simply asking when the actual cleaner was turning up 🤣

Worst communication ever. Initially they accepted my request and confirmed that they can do the job. Later ignored all my messages and calls to agree on the date. They even have the time to change the whatsapp profile picture but don't even reply to the messages in there. Don't even bother.

I've used Scentsational cleaning for the last 8 weeks on my holiday let property. In that time I've had two severe complaints on cleanliness that resulted in refunds to clients. At the out set she said tell me if there are issues and I'll pass it on to the team. I mentioned on a few occasions it looked like the house had not been vacced pkust other minor bits they were missing, bin liners, toilet rolls not left out. Fantastic help from this team both with house cleaning and Launderette services.the laundry is an excellent service on its own but I recently moved and wanted my old house left looking clean for the new owners I wasn't disappointed, the new owners gave glowing reports on their work and I've passed on the telephone for them to use in the future as requested, huge thanks to Laura and the team, jeannie
