Our experience was pleasant from beginning to the end! Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Kinda sad that it'll be a year before I'm back, haha!
I couldn't be happier with Scenic City Eye Care. I'm a first time patient there. From the time I called to schedule my appointment to the exam and recommendations, everything was handled professionally, friendly and quickly. My eye exam went very well and I was given clear advice on what to do. Upon choosing contacts , Dr. Bohrman went out of his way to tell me all about my options. AND I'm a huge fan of the text message appointment reminders. This is an example of a business that does it right on every count.
It's hard to find someone that you trust with you eyes. I have now found an eye doctor that I love! His staff is fabulous at helping pick out frames and I ended up going with one of their selections over what I had been looking at. I can't wait to get my new glasses!
My daughter, Aria, got to see Dr. Bohrman this afternoon to evaluate damage to her eye. The Doctor and his fabulous staff went above and beyond for her as a new patient walking in the day we called! We received 5- Star care because that's how they are, not because they were getting anything from us. The office is gorgeous, the staff is beautiful on the inside and out, AND he even put the dye in his eyeball so Aria wouldn't be scared. They both walked out of the office with one orange eyeball!
