Often got orders wrong / forgot at Langley Mill branch. Moved to Alfreton for more reliability. Still not great. Then they will ‘move’ a vet that you’ve got an appointment with to another branch, but not honour your appointment. Very unreliable. Staff overworked. Can be one vet and several nurses all running around trying to cover the whole branch at times too. Lovely staff, just under resourced and understaffed, so have become too unreliable. Look elsewhere….
