Very nice staff, vet and receptionist. However attempt to charge me 3x the quoted price for a health check. Part of the national scandal that is vet practice upselling. Staff realised their error and charged the original quoted price having tried to tell me after the fact that I’d had a medication review or that I’d seen a vet rather than a nurse (neither if these mentioned before or during the consultation as factors). THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS PLEASE READ Overall the people that work there are lovely, but Scarsdale couldn't care less about your pets as was shown to me today when I requested to leave the vets and have my both of my cats info sent elsewhere. They did not ask why, they just complied and sent me on my way. That says to me that they are not interested in me or my pets at all and the care that we have received. I would love to give this a 5* review as staff are friendly and other Scarsdale branches are great but this one not so much. I've removed 2* for the following reasons: 👉🏼 8/10 times I've visited this branch I've been greeted with a note on the door that either says closed for lunch or closing early due to short staffed.
