Very very poor management company. Never empty the bins with dog poo all over the park complained number of times.
I asked for consent for my pets because I wanted to buy a property. Besides the UK in general being so pet unfriendly and of course profit friendly, I was told that even if they accept my pets, they can withdraw that consent at any point but I wasn't told the reasons. So, what are you promoting as a company? Abandoning pets? I'm still waiting for the reasons why this can happen. We speak about bullying, if your dog barks, you have to get rid of it. Unfortunately the management is extremely poor. Although I if want to be fair with them my answer will be very harsh.
