Amazing ordered two sofas on the Friday because we had been let down by another company the sofas were in stock delivered Monday by two of the most efficient delivery drivers got them in the house unpacked them did not think customer service like this existed anymore
Absolutely fantastic customer service, wrong sofas sent to start but made contact and Matt couldn’t apologise enough, a straight swap was arranged within days with no fuss at all.. delivered on time with care and sofas were put together in no time.. Matt even gave a follow up phone call to check everything went well. Sofas themselves are lovely just what we were looking for. Would highly recommend this company.
We drove up from South Gloucestershire to view sofas, The staff were friendly and helpful. Still waiting for delivery. Can't wait!
Absolute garbage furniture. I paid around £1300 on a 3+1+1 "leather sofa" from here a year ago, it was poor quality vinyl, cracked and split in a few weeks, handles for recliner were poor quality and have snapped. Stitching was missing on one of the seat backs which they replaced but even still. I spoke to the owners a few times and got false promises of repairs that never happened because they totally ignored what I said needed doing for months, then after the repair company saying they had only been asked to repair one sea... read more
Just had delivery of our 2 new sofas. Firstly couldn't believe delivery was pretty much exactly when they estimated from order placement (4 weeks). Secondly the delivery guys....oh my god how bloody brilliant!!! Literally removed doors and put them back on to make sure they could deliver. Had to go through different doors then work obstacles in the way (old sofa) and just made it all happen no matter what. Just so impressed!!! Great service and love the sofas as well as great price! Highly recommend
