Despite being recommended by 4 different people I had issues from day 1 with missing items and wrong items sent. What should have been a 5 day job took 12 days. I had no flushable toilet or door on my bathroom for 5 days. Don’t get me wrong I have a lovely bathroom but only after remedial work completed so the experience wasn’t great.
