Very happy with SBA Milford’s service while filing my tax return for FY23.
Friendly team. Accounts completed well just a few days delay in reports being completed after a completion date was provided and confirmed. However they got the job done before i needed to send info to IRD. So hence only a 4 star. They would be given 5 star if they had called me to update on delay but I had to follow up. However after a phone call, they redeemed themselves with great communication in the end and a job welldone.
SBA Millford has been our bookkeeper for more than 8 years and they deliver on point, on time. We were overseas and were late in submitting our bank statement in CSV format and they worked over a weekend to submit on time.
