They are extremely unprofessional, charge significantly higher fees than other firms that work with small businesses, and consistently fail to complete work on time. As a small business owner, I rely on timely and accurate accounting — unfortunately, this firm did not deliver. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place and choosing a more reliable and reasonably priced accountant
