After spending weeks trawling around bathroom shops in West London, we found SB. We have ordered a superb unique sink that we haven’t seen anywhere else. They are also installing our shower and have recommended an excellent system for our wet room. Lee is extremely helpful, professional and has a serious eye for contemporary design.
I ordered some tiles from Lee on Tuesday 14th December and I'm still waiting for them. Apparently they weren't delivered but Porcelanosa said they were, so they re ordered them for delivery on the 21st December. I tried calling, I left messages and still to this day no contact from them. Very disappointing to say the least, poor customer service.
Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will always go an Extra Mile. Thank you. Michael
Excellent service from Adam and Lee on the design and a great selection products for us to choose from. Rob, the fitter, was superb, nothing was too much for him and he took great care every step of the way. Overall a fantastic experience using SB Concepts for our new bathroom.
