Would rather go without than order from this company, Ordered green coffee/latte cups, well that's what they advertised them as... They're tiny. They did say small but I see small cups large birdbath type cups so as they had no measurements I give them a go. Now trying to charge me £6.50 to return but it's says free returns. This guy Jermaine from customer service just wants to argue not provide returns procedures, like he gards it with his life. Never again.
A few months ago we ordered an item. Unfortunately we made an error and miscalculated the delivery. However Sazy’s communication and customer service was really good. They went over and above to ensure it was delivered successfully. We appreciate it. Thank you!
I ordered a gorgeous sofa… it arrived damaged. Way too damaged to accept for the high ticket price! The return was absolutely traumatising. It's a month later. It's a gazillion calls and emails later. Who knows when the couch will actually be picked up or we will receive our money back. Take it from me and give sazy a wide berth! Update: the money was eventually refunded, after the hugest hassle known to humankind where I had to physically carry the sofa to my driveway and injured my wrist - very far from the white glove ser... read more
