Called up about a pipe crack in the kitchen sink. Woman on the phone said it wasn't an emergency as I had a bucket underneath it. I said I didn't want it to get worse and wanted someone to come out and fix it and she refused to send someone out just because she said it's not an emergency
Once you move in you start to discover just what they're really like. I understand you're probably desperate for a home, but if I chose again, I definitely would not take one of their properties.
UPDATED - MARCH 2025 Despite Saxon Weald's response that they would look at it in July 2024 - true to form nothing happened. BUT this week, Solar Engineers were booked to CLEAN my non-working solar panels ready to put up netting to stop the constant pigeon mess of the last 7 years....after speaking to them nicely they had a look at the system and fixed it - NO PARTS/INVERTER REQUIRED - just a cable that wasn't attached. They don't communicate with anyone, terrible service takes ages for anyone to agree on anything, they have so many different expensive contractors for a housing association no I would recomed them at all, to many chefs on yo much pay not having a clue what they are doing
