Mike was fantastic, we had a problem with our carpet and the smell was getting worse so I rang Saxon Cleaning Services and Mike came out to us on the same day. He was friendly, understanding and efficient, he solved the issue for us within a few days making sure we were happy with the results. I couldn't recommend him enough very professional, great job and very grateful for his help, Thank you.
