As a fitness instructor my body goes through alot . I have been here for alot of the treatments. Always walked out relaxed and feeling better. The coconut oil is so beautiful and the detail of the area of muscles and knowledge is spot on. The room is beautiful and smells gorgeous. Tell this lady what you want and she will help you to the best of her knowledge. The deep massage is very deep which is fine for me but just ask for how you need it. Highly recommend.
The best around
Probably the best Thai massage I've had (and I've had a few including in Thailand). The lady Nui I believe her name was, seems very knowledgeable. While it is a professional set up, i.e. comfortable surroundings, relaxing music, dimmed lights etc., if you're after the luxury spa type experience this isn't it. Its set in a rather dated community centre although there are other facilities there including a free car park.
