Had my first ever massage today - incredible stuff. Extremely talented lady who was welcoming and supportive. Having recently suffered some stress and anxiety she made me feel comfortable and helped me choose which service would be appropriate. My back feels much better, I feel more relaxed and I realised that my posture must be off from an old shoulder injury which now I can focus more attention on! Will definitely be back!
