I had a problem called uterine prolapse, which I thought was common for moms after giving birth because my mom experienced it too. I got surgery with Dr. Savitha Krishan, who is experienced, skilled, and explained everything well. I had some complications with the first surgery because of pre-cancerous cells, so I needed a second surgery. Thankfully, the second surgery showed no cancer. I'm grateful to Dr. Krishan for helping me and easing my fears with her knowledge and expertise.
I believe Dr. Krishnan possibly saved my life!!! Initially my quality of life was extremely effected by my urinary incontinence. Dr. Krishnan preformed a sling surgery, and my life changed for the better ... no more leakage & extremely fast recovery. At the one year followup appointment, she referred me for an ultrasound of my pelvic area. I later found out she suspected I had a cyst, possibly ovarian or fallopian tube. Dr Krishnan went out of her way to answer all of my questions. My surgery and post-op were as she had explained - no surprises. She has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend her.
After a botched hysterectomy, and three follow up corrective surgeries (none of which helped) I finally found Dr Krishnan. She is amazing. I cried when she said, "I can help you." I believed her and her surgery was a success (after many years of my suffering). I could not say enough about her skills and professional yet personal attitude towards her patients.
She is very knowledgeable, confident, and really listens. And her surgery was very successful. So glad I chose her. Prolapse and bladder repair.
She has very patience, practical and clearly, explains the details to us.
Dr. Krishnan is very clear about procedures and possibilities. She has incredibly upbeat attitude. She works quickly but listens intently to questions and answers them clearly. She is up-to-date on the literature and procedures about the procedures she uses.
