I can concur with the review below. A truly awful company to deal with. Having rented 3 properties from Savills over 4 years I can honestly say the Putney office is not fit for purpose and they are in denial. They failed to send the check in report within the 14 days permitted so I had to send over 50 pictures to contradict what was stated in the condition report.
