I definitely had a great experience with Savills in my selling process in the past a few months, particularly with Ryan Griffin and Olivia Nunn. They are very helpful in situations where extra communications and negotiations are required to resolve issues, concerns and reach consensus to move each step toward to the completion of the final deal that both sides are acceptable.
