We would like to thank Claire from the sales department of Savills at Henley. She was extremely good at her job, kept us well informed throughout our buying process and was an excellent communicator with us and the other agent and solicitors in the chain. We were impressed with her attention to detail as she took the time to fully understand all the issues.
We could not fault Savills Henley from the very beginning of the process right through to completion. Their communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt supported by the whole team. A special mention goes to Charlie Chavasse, who was outstanding. We had a tricky chain, but he handled it all seamlessly. What could have been a very stressful transaction turned out to be smooth and much less daunting thanks to his efforts. Highly recommend!
Savills did exactly what was on the tin ! They sold our house even before it went officially on the market for our exact asking price . They efficiently covered all attendances to the house concerning our buyers personal visits and with regard to the numerous surveys . Just rented a home from these guys in Henley. Could not have wanted more professional and attentive service. Having just sold a home of 20 years and moving for first time into renting it was all a bit daunting but Ella Woods the lettings manager is a star. Nothing was too much trouble. A delight to deal with. Fast and efficient referencing and on boarding. Property was decorated and recarpeted without needing to ask. Really amazing. 10/10 all round
