Bianca Zuccotto handled our flat sale. It was a particularly tedious process with constant and protracted delays which were not the fault of Savills. Bianca handled the process extremely professionally and never lost her cool and remained client friendly and affable. Her approach made a difficult process manageable.
Whilst my previous review attested to Savills' high standards and efficient help with finding a rental for us, I should say that it seems that standard is lost when the contract is signed and done. We have waited three months and a half now to get back our deposit and still waiting. I never expected such a simple matter could turn into this much hassle and stress. This is a serious failure which has left us frustrated.
