The team at Savills Exeter were professional and supportive throughout. They showed genuine interest in the property and were thoughtful in the way they marketed it. Communication was close and consistent, with the key agents keeping in touch at the right moments and helping the process feel well held. Despite a few snags along the way, they remained calm, proactive and optimistic.
Chris and Greg looked after the sale of our cob farmhouse and numerous outbuildings. This was not a straightforward sale due to the mixed use however Savills Exeter introduced a good number of potential buyers and eventually we sold at close to our original anticipated value.
