We just sold my flat at Clerkenwell in London with Savills. I must say Tom Willing did an excellent job: The estimate was good since they know very well the market and the area .He was always responsive and helpful .He found a great buyer and did very well to help both the buyer and us to reach an agreement. I strongly recommend Savills and Tom for any sale in Clerkenwell area.
I have just rented a property through Connor Baldwin at Savills Clerkenwell and thoroughly recommend Savills and Connor. It can be really hard to find an estate agent who properly listens to what you are looking for. Connor has been really helpful throughout the process and very fast in responding.
