Fairly regular customer even if not the biggest of spenders at savewise. Did try a particularly awful imported Fanta flavour not to my liking specifically the Fanta Apple from Japan (specifically the "芳醇アップル" or "Rich Apple" version. Requested a refund or replacement from Ali (owner) as a goodwill gesture on a loyalty basis. I would have expected to honour this in respect of repeat business but this fell on deaf ears - a small courtesy would have gone a long way. I purchased a bottle of Mexican coke from here to find that it was out of date by two months. I took the bottle back to the shop in utter disappointment after noticing that it was a bit on the flat side and subsequently checking the date after. The shopkeeper proceeded to lie about Mexican coke being known for being less fizzy (it’s not, the only difference being the use of cane sugar instead of normal sugar or high fructose corn syrup) and brazenly lied about the date on the bottle being a date of production.
