I had an amazing time at my training. Hotel staff was nice, rooms were great and clean, the bed was wonderful, and the view/walk along Riverstreet was spectacular!!!!!
I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service that I received upon check out at this hotel which stems all the way back to May 2016 and the issue has yet to be resolved. I stayed at this hotel for a conference for my job where I checked in on Mother's day and checked on Thursday May 12th. Now when I checked in, because my job paid for the room in advance I had to give my personal credit card to cover incidentals which is standard. I stayed for one night. Its was ok. I believe a bit overpriced at $250.00 plus taxes and that wasn't even a riverfront view...in addition to $21.00 self parking. When we turned on the a/c it was very stale!!... the ambiance is nice. Overall I would stay again if pricing was better.

My husband and I came to Savannah for our honeymoon. We had a wonderful time. On our last night, we came back to our room only to find a bottle of champagne, chocolate covered strawberries, and a lovely congratulations card signed by the staff (which was the sweetest thing of all.) From now on, this is the only place in Savannah that we will be staying!!
Right on the river with a walkway to river street. Soft comfy beds and luxury bedding. We will definitely stay here again.
Overall great experience yet dissapointed that there was no shuttle service on a Wednesday night and we were really too exhausted to drive around downtown Very dissapointed with that
