Experience was AWESOME!!!! Everything was GREAT!!!
For the money I paid it expected much better. It seemed clean to the eye, but it had been poorly renovated. Shower head was rusty. There were several other things like that wrong with the room. The restaurant food was ok, but very over priced for what you get. There was plenty of parking, but a guest having to pay $21 a day, that's just ridiculous. The best thing was the location to the river front and down town. And the staff, they were awesome. So nice and helpful.

This place was under renovations and overcharged us for a bad room on the 7th floor with a view of nothing but construction. We had to walk thru all kinds of construction and the room wasn't worth the money we paid. Had to pay $21 for parking at the hotel and offered continental breakfast which we ended up paying for. No garbage bags in the trash cans and bathroom fan didn't work. Said there was no fridge so gave us an old one with one leg missing to put on the floor then I found one inside the dresser end that worked better... read more
Poor customer service...horrible food and ill mannered staff. Would not recommend this location to anyone going to Savannah!
We really enjoyed our visit, everything was great!! We will definitely come again!
