Parking was ridiculous.charges was high. We stay here every yr for the Police Chief Conference for the past 11yrs. Thinking about staying at the Westin next year.
Never never again. Total rip off. From horrible construction noise to elevators not working to A/C in room not cooling not to mention no fridge or microwave, no hair dryer, no trash bags, no shelves in the shower. Then of course the additional charges for parking & food. EXTREMELY OVER PRICED, especially for a view of the dumpsters. Very very disappointed & the staff could care less.
The alarm had gone off at least 3 times from the time we checked until it woke us up again from our sleep early morning (5-7). I am personally upset because we were expecting to relax after a long drive & busy day but, it turned out to be a nightmare stay for us. Will not come back here.
It was Awesome experience to stay there.Nice service and good supporting staff to guide you.
