Went last night, "awesome night" wasn't what I was expecting, definitely will be going next bi night. Great atmosphere didn't have 1 problem. Although, i did have to tell someone politely he, she or they i wasn't quite sure as is was extremely dark to stop feeling my ankles. but politely stopped when asked. Definitely 100% be going again. Went to this sauna today, Matt the assistant manager was rude didn’t listen at all, I had a situation with one horrible individual in the sauna room, he was a friend of matts, Matt did nothing but just listen to the other persons opinion, vial person ! He shouted at me humiliated me and it was not a comfortable situation vial individual vial mouth and the staff member mate did nothing about it ! I will be reporting this to the owner ! My partner & I went to the sauna on Sunday, 18th May & both had a good time. We also had the Sunday roast, which turned out to be a big problem the next day's onwards. The reason for this is because the meat that was served was stone cold with a couple of slight of cold bits, this is very disappointing & dangerous which is why my partner & I both had very bad diarrhoea after eating this food. Last Sunday, 9/6/25.. i realised id left my glassees somewhere and had no hope in finding them myself. Thank you to the team on close who found them.and brought them to me. You really are a great bunch of guys and make the venue so welcoming and hospitable. Brilliant.
