This place is ok, but pretty basic and I’d expect more at this price point. The saunas are fine, though on the smaller side. The cold plunges are nice and I like that there are two for each temperature (6 in total). The facility feels almost like it’s a temporary set up, and not a ‘luxury spa’ by any stretch. The real main issue is the changing room, they’re tiny and offer nothing extra, it feels like they converted a storage cupboard and put some lockers and mirrors in.
