The printed picture quality is actually so bad it looks blurry and bad quality in general, i think for the price they ask it is very bad

Had my son's nursery photos 3 times with this company and each time the experience has become more disappointing. The most recent time there were only 6 pictures to choose from (other times between 8 and 10) and spent less than 3 minutes with him. His pictures don't show his usual smiles which shows he was not comfortable, there was no engagement just the inside of a dog toy squeaker that would be engaging for a 3 month old not 3 years. Visited Busy Bees in Toton to do Christmas shoot and I can't express how heartbreaking was to find out photos where my daughter cried and looked really scared. How could someone carry on with the photoshoot when the child is clearly not ready for it. Apparently that person specialises in children photos?!!

I have ordered photos for my daughter through her primary school and its been months now and still haven’t received her photos. I have complained through their website twice and heard nothing. I guess my £22.50 is all for nothing. Never order from this company!
