I have ordered photos for my daughter through her primary school and its been months now and still haven’t received her photos. I have complained through their website twice and heard nothing. I guess my £22.50 is all for nothing. Never order from this company!

The print quality for my daughters pre-school photos was rather poor, especially given the expensive prices. The photo package options was very limiting and confusing. The whole website was quite poor to use, not what I would expect in this day in age. My childs beautiful smile was also no where to be seen in any of the images, an issue a lot of other parents commented on. I can appreciate kids might be nervous, but surely an attempt to try and make them laugh would have been worth it?!
Poor GSM quality used for prints and the print quality is below average. Photos are printed to make memories, not to worry.
