The print quality for my daughters pre-school photos was rather poor, especially given the expensive prices. The photo package options was very limiting and confusing. The whole website was quite poor to use, not what I would expect in this day in age. My childs beautiful smile was also no where to be seen in any of the images, an issue a lot of other parents commented on. I can appreciate kids might be nervous, but surely an attempt to try and make them laugh would have been worth it?!

Poor GSM quality used for prints and the print quality is below average. Photos are printed to make memories, not to worry.

I must admit how disappointed I was with my granddaughters school photos. Why oh why did she have to stand with her arms folded her neck all scrunched looking like she has bad stomach ache. Please could we have the Normal pose that have been around for generations or at least a natural pose. I'm not going to buy a photo that's not how my granddaughter looks .
