I saw Sasha Hayward because of terrible sciatic pain that had been making me lose sleep and painkillers were not working. After one treatment I was able to stop all pain medication, my movement and sleep was also significantly improved. I have more treatments booked in, but every treatment has helped significantly. Sasha Hayward is so knowledgeable and she really listens to understand how to help. I am very grateful to have found her.
I was lucky enough to have Sasha as my acupuncturist throughout my fertility journey, supporting me through IVF and very happily leading to my first pregnancy. Sasha is incredibly talented as an acupuncturist, as well as being a wonderfully empathetic and caring person. Sasha is an experienced, empathetic and effective practitioner who has efficiently treated for me, a range of issues including bloating, back pain, night sweats, chest cough, sleep hygiene, tight shoulders/neck & more. She listens carefully & determines the right modalities to use in the right ways at the right time (acupuncture, cupping). The environment is clean, quiet, welcoming & local for me. I’m so glad I discovered her and I would highly recommend!
I cannot recommend and thank Sasha enough. I saw Sasha for fertility acupuncture after several miscarriages. In the first session we went through lots of background information and her advice & knowledge were hugely appreciated in what can be a lonely time. After my second appointment I fell pregnant and am now into my second trimester. I'll definitely be back post pregnancy for regular treatments :)
Sasha is a bit of a magician, she sorted the pain that over a dozen chiropractic appointments couldn’t fix in two sessions. She is lovely, calming and knowledgable. Recommend!
