Excellent communication from Greg from my point of first enquiry and all the way through until completion of the job. All my questions were answered knowledgeably and I was given a full run through of the process of construction of the windows and also sent photos of the work in progress in his workshop. The installation process was smooth and faster than quoted and the cleaning up was done to a high standard. Excellent quality craftsmanship from Greg and his team. All the work was thoroughly explained, and any questions were answered by Greg quickly. After the window fitting, the property was left very tidy and Greg explained how to care for the wooden frames in detail. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs sash windows.
